Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with SlashMyCloudBill. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for our subscription plans and token top-up purchases.

2. Subscription Refunds

3. Token Top-Up Refunds

  • Token top-ups are one-time purchases
  • Unused tokens from top-ups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase
  • Partially consumed top-ups are not eligible for refund
  • Tokens that have been used for AI questions, scans, or cleanup actions cannot be refunded

4. Managed Services ("Slashing Services")

Our managed service operates on a pay-for-results model (25% of verified yearly savings). Since payment is only due after savings are delivered and verified, refunds do not apply. If we cannot deliver measurable savings, you pay nothing.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at ariel@slashmycloudbill.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or subscription you'd like refunded
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.com (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

6. Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
