We want you to be satisfied with SlashMyCloudBill. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for our subscription plans and token top-up purchases.

Our managed service operates on a pay-for-results model (25% of verified yearly savings). Since payment is only due after savings are delivered and verified, refunds do not apply. If we cannot deliver measurable savings, you pay nothing.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.com (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt.
