Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SlashMyCloudBill platform ("Service"), operated by Eshkol AI Cloud and AI Services ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

SlashMyCloudBill provides AI-powered AWS cost analysis, optimization recommendations, and cloud management tools. The Service includes:

  • Free bill analysis and PDF reports
  • Member Portal with dashboard, AI chat, and automated cleanup tools
  • Subscription plans (Growth, Scale) with token-based usage
  • One-time token top-up purchases
  • Managed "Slashing Services" consulting

3. Account Registration

To access the Member Portal, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • Free Plan: $0/month — 100 tokens, 1 AWS account
  • Growth Plan: $50/month — 300 tokens, up to 5 AWS accounts
  • Scale Plan: $200/month — 1,500 tokens, up to 20 AWS accounts, priority support

Token top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed. Unused subscription tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle.

5. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for all payments. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

6. Token Usage

Tokens are consumed when using platform features: AI questions (2 tokens), scans (10 tokens), and cleanup actions (50 tokens). Token balances are tracked per account and reset monthly for subscription plans.

7. AWS Account Access

When you connect AWS accounts, you grant us read-only access via an IAM role with an external ID. We access only Cost Explorer and billing data. We do not modify your AWS resources unless you explicitly authorize cleanup actions through the Act tab.

8. Data Handling

Uploaded bills are processed for analysis and automatically deleted within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

9. Managed Services

Our "Slashing Services" managed offering is priced at 25% of verified yearly savings. Payment is due only after savings are delivered and verified. A separate service agreement will be provided for managed engagements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides recommendations based on AI analysis. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes to your AWS environment. We are not liable for any costs, damages, or service disruptions resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Member Portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
